I have a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Urban Health Disparities. I've dedicated my career to understanding and addressing unique challenges faced by diverse communities. My journey has led me to become a Certified Health Education Specialist, allowing me to bring evidence-based strategies to empower individuals and communities with the tools they need to thrive. Im also trained in Executive Function Coaching, which enables me to guide individuals in harnessing their inner strengths and talents, achieving their goals, and navigating life's complexities with confidence.
